Merchandise Refunds
We want you to love what you order from Healthy Central Oregon. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at with your order number and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Clearance or final sale items
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Memberships
All membership sales are final. Because membership dues directly fund ongoing community health programs, we cannot offer refunds (full or partial) for memberships once payment has been processed.
You may cancel your membership at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the next renewal date and no further charges will be made.
